There are two different types of licenses for Enforcer: 
individual licenses and site licenses.

Once a license (individual or site) is granted, 
it cannot be transferred to another individual.  The purchase 
of a license or licenses does not bestow the right to 
distribute, resell, or in any way disseminate registered 
versions of the software or registration numbers for the 
software. 

- Individual license

An individual license of Enforcer grants the licensed 
individual the privilege to use a single copy of the 
software on one system.  An individual license fully 
activates the software except for the administrator features.  
These are reserved for site licenses.   

- Site licenses

Site licenses are granted to companies, schools, and 
other organizations that require the protection 
provided by our software on multiple user systems that 
are administered by a single individual or group.  The 
difference between a site license and an individual license 
is the administrator functions.  The administrator functions 
are necessary for the efficient administration of many 
systems by a single individual or group, but are unnecessary 
for individual users.

The administrator functions are those found under the 
Administrator menu item in setup.
